Job Description

We are now looking for a Quality Leader on behalf of our client in Trollhättan! In this role, you will be the contact person for the quality system and compliance with customer requirements for the client you will take responsibility for after an introductory program. Supportive colleagues with broad expertise and experience are available in the team you will join. You will collaborate closely with programs, manufacturing, and technology, as well as with process leaders to support continuous improvements and compliance processes.

Responsibilities in this role include:

• Analyze, review, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

• Handle customer complaints.

• Act as a subject matter expert for the customer's quality system requirements.

• Train employees on the customer's system requirements.

• Contribute to improvements of our operational management system (OMS).

• Support the organization with a proactive approach, process management, continuous improvements, problem-solving, etc.

Qualifications

Who are you?

We see that you have a technical education in a relevant field or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 3 years). We also see that you have experience in proactive work with various quality tools.

You are:

• Analytical and well-structured as a person and can communicate fluently both in writing and verbally in both Swedish and English.

• Communicative, initiative-taking, and cooperative.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved in a security screening, in accordance with the Security Protection Act. Swedish citizenship is a requirement for this position.
